Here is where you will find our most commonly asked questions about Sugar Lockshomeparties.com. 1. Once my order is placed how long will it take? This all depends on the time of year and how many orders are before yours. Typically I ship out Sugar Locks Home Parties orders 5 days a week. Most of the time an order takes until it is shipped 7-14 business days. We currently fill over 200 orders a month which is why it can take up to 14 business days to ship. If your size or product is out of stock there could be a slight delay but we still try and keep the 7-14 business days time frame. 2. I am buying one of your products as a baby or birthday gift, can you ship it to a different address? Yes! No problem! When ordering please make sure to enter the shipping address where you want the item to be shipped too. We also offer FREE personalized birthday and baby cards that we will put in your order. We do not put an invoice in gift orders just a gift receipt. You can also request to have a picture sent to you to view what your gift looks like. 3. How do you ship your items? All items are put in clear plastic bags with a Sugar Locks Home Parties sticker on the back or tied in tulle depending on the item. The order is wrapped in tissue paper and boxed in a white box. Great for giving as gifts! The only exception is if you order backpacks 2 backpacks are put in clear plastic bags, wrapped in tissue and shipped in a white tyvek mailing bag due to their size. The birthday hats are shipped in a large kraft color box surrounded by tissue paper. 4. What shipping method do you use?
All items are shiped via USPS priority mail. Priority mail generally takes 2-3 business days but is not guaranteed. All of the items are sent with delivery confirmation.
